William has been involved in the day to day management of Peccole, managing over 187 tenants approximately 1mm square feet. of commercial space as well as a Golf Course and other properties in Las Vegas since 2006.  He has personally been involved in the disposition of a $200 MM real estate portfolio and overseen all aspects of that portfolio. 

 

In addition he has extensive restaurant experience currently owning and overseeing Farm Basket as the President of Farm Basket operating those restaurants since January 2018.  Previously, he owned and operated Smokehouse Pizza and BBQ in Orem, Utah.  As well as managed and helped develop Caddy’s on the Beach and D’Amico’s Pasta Grill in Florida.  

 

In the community William sits on the Board of Friendship Circle, a non-profit focused on helping youth with special needs. He is the former president of Zion’s youth Symphony, a large youth based Orchestra and Choir, and is a former Bishop with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He has been active for many years in the Boy Scouts of America organization having earned his Eagle Scout award in his youth and being Wood Badge Trained as an adult.

William Received his BS degree from Brigham Young University in 2001 and his MBA degree from Pepperdine University in 2015.
