Joshua has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2001 in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Seattle. Prior to starting Cardo Realty in 2016, Mr. Thomas spent 9 years at Juliet Companies (www.julietcompanies.com) and 4 years at American Nevada Company (www.americannevada.com) (ANC), and over a year at Colliers International. 

 

Joshua has been involved in the leasing, development and management of over 4 million SF of institutional grade office, medical, grocery anchored retail, retail power centers, gaming and industrial properties.

 

As a principal of Cardo Realty, Joshua has focused primarily on the ground up development of over $48mm of retail and office properties in Las Vegas and Phoenix and handled all aspects of structuring partnerships, land acquisition, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing, property management, and disposition.
